OP3 NEWS:
Young Professionals Mixer

OP3 and Celebrate Fairfax hosted a young business professionals networking event on the opening night of the Celebrate Fairfax Festival at the Fairfax County Government Center. There were more than 100 young business professionals from nine Chambers of Commerce along with many non-profit organizations such as Leadership Fairfax, Volunteer Fairfax and the United Way of the National Capital Area. This was the first annual Community Connections Mixer designed to engage young professionals on a professional and personal level. They had the opportunity to learn about leadership and volunteer opportunities with organizations from all over Fairfax County. The evening was a great success with at least four potential board connections and many new volunteers recruited by the non-profits.
